Since 1949 ROKA “Roodenrijs Kaastabletten” is producing high quality cheese crispies according to a traditional recipe. It is a delicate combination of 90 layers of puff pastry and 12 month’s ripped Gouda Cheese. Throughout the years the portfolio has been enriched with new flavors like Cheddar, Emmental and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Global Food Finders stocks five flavors in their assortment: Gouda (crisps and sticks), Parmigiano Reggiano, Cheddar & Onion and Cheddar & Black Pepper. Presented in the recognizable blue-yellow packaging, inspired by the colorful patterns used by one of the Dutch most famous painters, Piet Mondriaan.
