Started in 1920 the Gavottes biscuit factory is producing the so-called “crêpes dentelles”, sweet and crispy mini crêpes which made the company famous in and outside the French borders.

Shortly, the lineup has been extended with a savory product; the “crêpe fourree”! The unique crispy outside still there, filled with a creamy tasty filling like “Boursin” and “la vache qui rit”. This unique product is a welcome addition for every store’s exclusive cheese snack segment.
