The makers of the delicious handmade Broderick’s cookie bars are Barry Broderick and Bernard Broderick, two brothers from Dublin. A real family business in heart and soul. In the kitchen of mother Ina the brothers have learned how to bake. They have been making delicious home-made chocolate cake with chocolate, handmade cookie bars for years.

In the Netherlands the deliciously handmade cookie bars are available in a funny package in three varieties (50 gr): Caramental, Road Rocking Chock Block and Tiff Toff in the Tuffen. Brodericks is also available at AH to-go and shopamerica.nl. In addition, we have a nice range of Broderick’s (125 gr) in different flavors, such as Caramel Crunch and Peanut Crisp, available at Albert Heijn.
